Homestead

Planted some more peppers, and some actually made it. Got some new shelves, did some reorganizing, not much else.

Health

Apparently my pre-diabetes is getting better, so that’s nice?

Teeth are still falling apart, so got a new crown, woo.

Been feeling super tired and allergy-y and no energy, but still trying to get out for some walks now that it’s cooling down a bit again.

Games

I finally *actually* finished the whole thing for Dove Oath Flats, my submission to the RTFM Bloodbeam Badjam. It’s got mummies! (And there are community copies, get ‘em!)

• Allura, Trophy Dark with Mads
• Ran a Public Access two-shot for some of Peter’s friends
• Got to the Night of the Bone Wolves in our weekly Public Access game, which is terrific. Also popped open the TV Odyssey mystery, so, tick tock.
• Did a pickup game of the Wiard’s Grimoire with the Faded Havens
• Played a cute little oneshot of Yazeba’s Bed and Breakfast
• Played the first few sessions of Night Witches for the new quarterly
• Got some more good Trophy Gold in with Jason Cordova, did the Sleeping Place of the Feathered Swine and Temple of 1000 Swords
• Finished up our Hit the Streets campaign, very good
• Read through Extraction for Cosmic Dark and actually got to run it for some folks!
• Tried playing some play-by-post Speedrune, but I have such a hard time keeping up with it
• Doing a little work on Fixer, but still kind of stuck
• Did a design thing with Anders and a coffee hangout with Jason
• Working on a character keeper for Slugblaster

Finally finished Spiritfarer after 54 hours… it honestly could have been half that and still been just as good.

• Went to see Contempt, classic
• Saw Raven Winged Hours, a staged collection of Poe stuff, yup
• Watched Calls on Apple, and it’s great
• The Cloverfield Paradox, more like parasucks
• Reread Shirley Jackson’s The Lottery, so good
• Watched all of Junji Ito—Maniac on Netflix
• Started season three of the Silt Verses
• Getting into the Magnus Archives
• Watched V/H/S 99, fun
• Watched Ready or Not, also fun
• Watched Guns Akimbo, very fun

Work

Graduated yet another cohort! Now I’m on “rotation”, but I’ll probably be doing a few weeks of work with the curriculum team. We’ll see!

Other Stuff

Got a new cup washing thing installed in the kitchen, so good.

Finally got most of the hoard on my office floor cleaned up.

Laser cut a bunch of viking bag handles for a friend.

A bunch of other stuff I forgot, probably.
